This position involves working on our production line to assemble panelized wood framing components used in building construction. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing or construction environment, but we’re also open to training highly motivated individuals who are eager to learn.

- Frame Assembly: Assemble and construct wood framing panels following detailed blueprints and instructions.
- Tool Operation: Safely operate power tools and hand tools including saws, drills, nail guns, and other framing equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials and final products to ensure they meet our quality standards and specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Production Line Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment, including basic maintenance and cleanup.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside other production line workers and communicate effectively to maintain production flow and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or a production environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, stand for extended periods, and handle repetitive tasks.
