The ideal candidate will have experience configuring services, monitoring, and maintaining Microsoft 365 applications within an enterprise setting.
Education & Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of IT experience in programming and systems analysis.
- Experience working with groupware/messaging technologies, tools, and relevant platforms such as Microsoft Exchange.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
As an Intermediate-level professional, you will:
- Work on multiple products, activities, and projects, collaborating as a team member and occasionally as a project leader.
- Handle moderately complex tasks and support issues, gaining expertise in one or more Microsoft 365 applications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technical staff when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define business requirements for collaborative work tools by working closely with end-users to develop and implement groupware applications.
- Implement, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 groupware systems based on business requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware/software solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and promoting groupware strategies.
- Engineer and deploy various collaboration applications, including team computing, document sharing, messaging clients, Internet, and wireless access solutions.
