Key Responsibilities:

Network Design & Architecture:
- Develop and implement scalable, high-performance network solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the design of enterprise-wide network infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.

Advanced Configuration & Management:
- Configure and manage switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers across multi-vendor platforms.
- Manage routing protocols, including OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP, in complex environments.

Technical Leadership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective network designs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers and architects.

Problem Solving & Optimization:
- Analyze network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for reliability and efficiency.
- Implement network monitoring tools and strategies to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

Documentation & Standards:
- Maintain detailed documentation for network configurations, designs, and processes.
- Establish and enforce best practices and security standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in network architecture and engineering.
- Expertise in configuring and managing enterprise-grade network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Extensive experience with routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and load balancing.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in network security principles and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Cisco and Juniper network devices.
- Hands-on experience with F5 Big-IP LTM and similar load balancers.
- Familiarity with SD-WAN and cloud networking technologies.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of network automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ansible).
