We are seeking an experienced S/4HANA Migration / SAP ERP Consultant with deep expertise in SAP CRM, specifically focused on S/4HANA migration. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supporting large-scale SAP implementations or migrations, with a strong understanding of SAP Service Management and end-to-end service processes. You will play a key role in migrating SAP CRM to S/4HANA while ensuring smooth service operations, customer service processes, service contracts, and warranty management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the migration from CRM to S/4HANA with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure SAP S/4HANA for CRM and Service Management.
- Design, test, and implement Service Management processes such as Service Orders and Service Requests.
- Provide technical expertise in CRM configuration, ABAP, and integrations.
- Conduct data migration (ETL), testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
- Provide user training and offer post-migration support to ensure a seamless transition.
Key Requirements:
- 10 years of SAP CRM experience, with a focus on Service Management.
- At least two successful SAP CRM to S/4HANA migrations.
- Expertise in SAP CRM Service Management, integration with S/4HANA, and related SAP modules (SD, MM).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supporting large-scale SAP projects and migrations.
- Strong familiarity with customer service operations, service contracts, and warranty management.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
