Key Responsibilities:
- Work in coordination with agency executives, managing sponsors, technical and functional staff, contractors, and program operational and support teams.
Experience, Duties, and Responsibilities :
Required Experience:
- Minimum of three years of experience developing instructor-led and computer-based training.
- Proficiency in writing technical instructions.
- Minimum of three years of experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
- Experience in creating eLearning videos.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with knowledge base software.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
Required Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and revise instructor-led and computer-based training using diverse instructional methods.
- Create and edit content for user guides and work instructions.
- Conduct research and analysis to assess the impact of system and procedural changes on instructional materials.
- Coordinate with operational and support teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation updates.
- Facilitate the review and approval process for training documents with relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and extract key information from subject matter experts, existing materials, and feedback to create engaging instructional content.
- Ensure accuracy in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and logical content flow.
- Adhere to Department and Operational Procedures and Training unit standards.
- Utilize training development tools, including PowerPoint and Articulate Storyline 360.
- Develop measurable course objectives, interactive content, and quizzes aligned with learning goals.
- Provide quality assurance and technical assistance in instructional material development.
- Follow established procedures and suggest improvements where applicable.
- Attend, document, and lead project-related meetings, providing agendas, presentations, and minutes as required.
- Communicate project details effectively to staff, contractors, and partners.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Instructional Design or a related field, or equivalent work experience
