What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain backend systems to curate, store, and deliver licensed content across industries such as publishing, video, and web.
Develop scalable and secure solutions for reconciling stakeholders, including creators, publishers, and AI companies.
Architect and implement a complex pay-out system that ensures value flows back to all content creation stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the product and frontend teams to ensure seamless platform integration and user experience.
Participate in system design and code reviews, driving best practices in software development.

What We’re Looking For
7 years of professional experience in backend development, ideally using Python.
Proficiency with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with database technologies and designing scalable storage solutions.
A high degree of ownership, autonomy, and a passion for solving challenging technical problems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-first mindset.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with payment systems or financial platforms.
Knowledge of AI / ML model training pipelines and related technologies.
Familiarity with licensing or copyright management systems.
