What Youll Do Build, design, and maintain our user-facing web application, ensuring an exceptional and intuitive user experience. Collaborate closely with backend engineers to develop seamless integrations and deliver end-to-end features. Leverage modern frameworks and libraries to create highly interactive, scalable, and accessible interfaces. Optimize the application for speed and scalability across different devices and platforms. Participate in code reviews, UI / UX discussions, and contribute to technical decision-making. Tech Stack Frontend : TypeScript, React, Tailwind, Next.js, and Radix UI Backend : Python (collaboration with backend team) Cloud : AWS What Were Looking For 4 years of professional experience in frontend development using React or similar frameworks. Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with modern web development workflows, including build tools and CI / CD pipelines. An eye for design and a focus on building intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces. A high degree of ownership, autonomy, and a passion for solving challenging technical problems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-first mindset. Nice-to-Have Experience with Tailwind, Next.js, or Radix UI. Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices. Understanding of backend systems, APIs, and cloud services like AWS.
