Title : SAP Data ModelerLocation : RemoteDuration : 12 MonthsPay Rate : $75 / hrClient : EST Time Zone / USA ClientWhat Youll Work OnDevelop scalable SAP data models to enable self-service reporting, enhance insights, and improve decision-making.Create source-to-destination data mapping for data engineers to build pipelines.Collaborate with IT functional leads to ensure smooth design, validation, deployment, and ongoing support.Build logical data models using SAP data and other data sources for Power BI analytics.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, conducting root cause analyses to prevent recurrence.Facilitate the resolution of business issues, escalating when necessary.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and map technical specifications based on business requirements.Communicate model structures to data engineers and analytics teams.Provide UAT (User Acceptance Testing), hypercare support, and issue resolution.Work with the data engineering team to maintain reliable data pipelines across technologies, ensuring timely and trusted data delivery.Required Skills & Experience4 years of technical experience with SAP, including 2 years in SAP BI.Proven SAP data modeling expertise.Experience with SAP BW, BW / 4HANA.Background in SAP consulting, systems integration, or architecture.Proficiency in SAP technical sizing, installation, upgrades, S / 4HANA migration, and / or administration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.Exceptional business acumen and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Preferred Qualifications2 years of SAP experience in Sales & Distribution and / or Supply Chain areas.
