- Ability to design and implement integration components between enterprise systems.
- Responsible for mapping business processes to support applications, defining the data entities, selecting integration technology components and patterns, and designing the integration.
- Running diagnostic tests and resolving issues to enhance performance or the interfaces in Oracle Integration cloud.
- Design and develop custom applications using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to extend Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.
- Design and develop custom forms, user interfaces, and dashboards but not limited to using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to enhance user experience and facilitate data entry and visualization.
- Configure and customize Process Cloud Service (PCS) to automate business processes and workflows.
- Integrate Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) applications with other Oracle Fusion Cloud modules and external systems using RESTful APIs and web services.
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience in using Sandbox tools such as Application Composer, Page Composer, and ability to write groovy scripts.
- Create and Migrate Business Rules using VBCS express and advanced modes in Oracle Fusion applications.
- Responsible for ensuring auditing compliance across Oracle infrastructure and security.
- Utilizes an in-depth knowledge of technological alternatives and directions, business systems and requirements, conducts independent analyses and reviews of technical and business requirements.
- Ability to drive the technical transition of Oracle HCM suite from classic UI to Redwood as per the Organizational roadmap guidelines.
- Ability to document the requirements / features as prescribed in AIM / OUM methodology.
- Must be able to Work independently, schedule time efficiently and set priorities in a diverse stakeholders’ environment.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the Organization.
- Oracle cloud platform certifications are a plus.
