Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced SAFe Practitioner to join our team and support our transition to a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, particularly within a regulated devices environment, and a strong understanding of design controls.
- As a SAFe Project Manager - Practitioner, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Educational Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Skills:
Mandatory skills:
- 10-15 years of experience in project management.
- SAFe certification.
- Hands-on experience working in a Scaled Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of design controls (preferred).
- Proven ability to develop, maintain, and track project plans in a regulated devices environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Good to have skills:
- Experience in a regulated industry, particularly medical devices.
