Info Gain Consulting is seeking a skilled Federal Health Care Program Subject Matter Expert.
The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management of a team of individuals in the areas of Data Science, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence Development. The ideal candidate should have experience working with large and complex data sets, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective visualizations that provide insights and drive decision-making.
Responsibilities Include :
- The SME will act as a government healthcare business advisor and liaison to both
the Government and contracted staff in all phases of the APS project. The SME should analyze processes, propose functional business solutions, and define application requirements for Medicare, Medicaid, and other Federal Healthcare Programs. The SME should be focused on achieving efficiencies through automation, modeling, best practices, and procedures. The SME should seek out and apply relationships, tasks, and resources for each process and insert those solutions into the development lifecycle. The SME should possess a working knowledge of regulations and workflows related to Medicare, Medicaid, and other Federal Healthcare Programs and be capable of applying that knowledge base to entities affiliated with these programs. The SME should also demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :
Federal Healthcare Programs focused on Medicare and Medicaid.
Preferred / Desired Qualifications :
Regulations, and the Medicare Program Integrity Manual (PIM) and will serve as an authority in Medicare and Medicaid business knowledge on the project. The SME should possess knowledge and expertise so recognized in the professional community that the Government can qualify the individual as a subject matter expert.
