Info-Matrix is seeking a motivated and curious Artificial Intelligence (AI) Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist in transforming complex data into actionable insights. This internship offers hands-on experience with real-world data challenges and the opportunity to develop practical skills while contributing to meaningful projects. The responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, solution design and development.

- 3-month internship with possibility of extension
- 40 hours per week

- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources
- Support the development and implementation of machine learning and AI models
- Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings
- Help design and implement LLM-based solutions for business problems
- Contribute to fine-tuning and prompt engineering for LLM applications
- Participate in exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends
- Document methodologies, findings, and technical processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and requirements
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to ongoing projects
- Currently pursuing a master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with data analysis tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Interest in artificial intelligence and natural language processing
- Exposure to machine learning concepts and algorithms.
- Understanding of basic statistical concepts
- Familiarity with SQL and working with relational databases.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with AI frameworks and LLMs (OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Previous coursework or projects in machine learning or data analysis
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or matplotlib)
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Mentorship from experienced data scientists
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and techniques
