What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst (7-month project) position at Info-Matrix Corporation?
Info-Matrix Corporation is actively seeking a full-time Business Analyst to join us for a 7-month project opportunity! This individual will assist with the development of governance/project management plan standards and play a key role in stakeholder management activities. Additional duties/responsibilities of the position are as follows:
- Facilitate a kickoff with stakeholders for project objectives, timelines, roles, and responsibilities.
- Create a stakeholder management plan for the engagement.
- Facilitate a bi-weekly status meeting and provide a bi-weekly status reports that will include activities completed over the previous two weeks, planned activities, risks and issues, and key milestones.
- Conduct a current analysis to understand client project management processe
- Conduct meetings with identified stakeholders and program areas
- Develop a set of current state processes and flows
- Provide Organizational Change Management support for the roll-out of the governance standards
- Produce final standard documentation that will include in each:
- Definition and purpose
- Process Flows and Narrative
- RAID (Risks, Action Items, Issues, Decisions, plus Action Items) Log and its intended use for each standard document
- RACI Charts (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed)
- Use of Azure DevOps (ADO) as a standard tool
