Position Title:- Contact Centre Developer
Client Location:- Lansing, Michigan

Position Type: Contract
Client: State of MI
This technical lead role involves supporting and implementing complex contact center solutions for agencies. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading client-facing interactions and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinating release planning, development, testing, and deployment of IVR enhancements.
- Designing call flows, chat, and API integrations with backend systems.
- Providing expertise on network solutions and NICE CXone products (ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, WFM, Studio, etc.).
- Implementing skills-based routing for voice, chat, email, and SMS.
- Collaborating with the architecture team to design and deploy APIs.
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions and preparing design documents.
- Troubleshooting issues across multiple teams and overseeing support tickets.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience with NICE CXOne (ACD, IVR, Studio, etc.).
- 3 years of experience with NICE CXOne Studio.
- 4 years of programming experience in C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- 5 years of experience with webservice API calls.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in contact center dashboard creation, Salesforce, and intersystem networking.
- Troubleshooting experience with web-based applications like Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics.
