Position Title: Electronic Health Records/Health IT Account System Admin
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid-4 Days Onsite)
Position Type: Long Term Contract

Required Experience:
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and plan accordingly to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with recognized Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and understanding their role in business processes.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks related to EHR application security and associated infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Permissions, PC refresh, software installations, and managing user accounts.
- Experience with asset management tools like Asset Panda, including tracking and managing inventory and software.
- Proficiency in both oral and written communication, essential for interacting with various stakeholders and teams.
- Proficiency in systems such as Keystone Edge, Microsoft OS, MS Office, DocuSign, Panda, DEXIS, Adobe, Teams/SharePoint, VPN, and VITA Remote tools.
- Ability to provide Tier III and other support, diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, and offer guidance to end-users.
- Experience in applying OS patches, upgrading software, and configuring system tools to meet operational needs.
- Ability to monitor system performance, perform capacity planning, and optimize hardware and software resources to ensure operational efficiency.

Pay: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour
