Seeking a detail-oriented GIS Specialist proficient in ESRI ArcGIS 10.x Desktop and GIS principles. The ideal candidate will manage geospatial data, perform database queries, ensure data accuracy, and support multiple GIS projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize ArcGIS 10.x for GIS tasks.
- Edit/manage shapefiles, geodatabases, and topology.
- Work with SDE multi-user databases and validate data.
- Query/analyze spatial and non-spatial data.
- Produce maps, reports, and presentations.
- Communicate technical information clearly.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (completed/in process) in GIS, Geography, or related field.
- Proficiency in ArcGIS 10.x Desktop.
- Experience with GIS editing tools and geodatabases.
- Experience in GIS data creation/editing.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- GIS experience with city/county agencies.
