Position Title: Interview Clerk
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Interview Process: In Person Only
Position Type: Contract
Job Duties:
- Answering phones, checking messages, returning calls, and opening/disseminating mail
- Greeting and guiding visitors
Experience/Skills:
- Explaining eligibility for public assistance programs and expedited food stamp services
- Entering client data into the database
- Maintaining files and records
- Performing clerical duties, including data entry, using office machines (photocopy, scanner, etc.)
- Typing speed of 35 wpm
- Ability to work in both Tallahassee and Monticello offices
- Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Answering phones: 2 years (Required)
- checking messages: 2 years (Required)
- Clerical duties: 3 years (Required)
- type 35 wpm: 2 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
