The client is seeking an experienced AI Chatbot Developer to create intelligent chatbot solutions integrated with the Microsoft ecosystem and Google CCAI Services. Responsibilities include building conversational interfaces, integrating NLP or generative AI, and connecting chatbots to other software via APIs. The role involves designing secure, intuitive, and engaging chatbot experiences.
Skills and Credentials:
- Expertise in developing chatbots using Microsoft Bot Framework and integrating with Azure services (Bot Service, AI Search, AI Language Service, CoPilot).
- Experience with third-party API integrations and AI chatbot development using Google CCAI and Looker Dashboards for performance monitoring.
- Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Python; experienced in development, testing, and deployment of chatbot applications.
- Strong communication skills for presenting chatbot proposals, leading discussions with SMEs, and translating technical concepts.
- Experience in AI model training and deployment, emerging technology analysis, and proof of concept initiatives.
- Skilled in creating technology solutions and architectures impacting critical business areas and fostering customer trust.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of IT experience, including 2 years in Microsoft Chatbot Development and 5 years in .NET Development.
- Hands-on experience in application development, network design, middleware, servers, storage, database management, or operations.
Job Type: Contract
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
