The client is seeking a Title Sales Representative to help drive new business, maintain strong industry relationships, and act as a key liaison between our title team and real estate professionals. This role is perfect for a licensed title agent or sales professional with an existing network, looking to grow in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting - Build relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and investors - Engage with leads via LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram - Attend open houses, real estate meetups, and networking events
2. Client Relationship Management - Keep clients informed throughout transactions - Stay in touch through calls, emails, texts, and social media - Share educational content and market updates
3. Promoting Title Services & Closing Deals - Deliver presentations and coffee/lunch meetings - Highlight company benefits and ease of closing - Share co-branded marketing materials with agents
4. Transaction Support & Problem Solving - Monitor active files and troubleshoot issues - Coordinate with title processors and underwriters - Ensure smooth closings and satisfied clients
5. Marketing & Branding - Post educational and engaging content - Create newsletters and support digital campaigns - Host webinars, workshops, and real estate events
6. Administrative & Reporting Tasks - Track sales activity, appointments, and commissions - Maintain CRM data and generate reports - Document client feedback and progress
