Position Title: System Analyst 5 - Digital Accessibility
Location: Lansing, Michigan (Hybrid)
Interview Process: Web Cam then In-person Interview
Position Type: Contract
Client:- State of Michigan
Education:
- Certificate or degree (IT preferred) or equivalent experience
Experience:
- 1 year in digital accessibility testing (3 years preferred)
- Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
Knowledge & Skills:
- Expertise in WCAG 2.1 Level AA
- Proficient with assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, etc.)
- Experience with accessibility tools (WAVE, Developer Tools, etc.)
- Familiar with desktop/mobile devices and OS (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android)
- Strong written documentation skills
- Knowledge of ADA and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ARIA)
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $58.00 - $70.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Digital Accessibility: 6 years (Required)
- System Analyst: 6 years (Required)
- WCAG: 4 years (Required)
Ability to Commute:
- Lansing, MI 48917 (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Lansing, MI 48917: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
Salary : $58 - $70
