Job Summary:
The position is responsible for the maintenance and support of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) applications such as Document AI (DOC AI) and Google Chatbot for vital records. These applications streamline business processes, enhance data integrity, and improve customer service efficiency. The role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing AI/ML-based solutions while ensuring compliance with SEM/SUITE standards. The candidate will also serve as a technical lead, providing guidance to developers and supporting other critical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance GCP-based AI/ML applications (DOC AI and Chatbot).
- Develop and optimize chatbot conversations, AI models, and data processing workflows.
- Ensure system stability, scalability, and security.
- Implement unit and integration testing for chatbot flows and APIs.
- Work with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using NLP and OCR tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve user experience and automation.
- Support backend integration using RESTful APIs and webhooks.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and participate in Agile development.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years in AI/ML development using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn.
- 5 years in NLP frameworks such as SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers.
- 5 years in OCR tools (Tesseract, Google Vision API, AWS Textract).
- 5 years in chatbot development using Dialogflow ES/CX, Google Assistant SDK.
- 5 years in RESTful APIs, SQL, R, Pandas, and cloud computing.
- 5 years in Python, Java, JavaScript development.
- 5 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions.
- 5 years in Angular/React JS, JavaScript frameworks.
- 5 years working in JBOSS Enterprise SOA environment.
- 3 years experience in CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Experience with CMM/CMMI Level 3 processes and Agile methodologies.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, cloud computing expertise, and a deep understanding of AI-driven automation.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
