Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
Responsibilities
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for end-users
- Set up and maintain network equipment such as routers and switches
- Assist in network administration tasks
- Utilize ServiceNow or similar tools to track and resolve incidents
- Communicate effectively with users to understand and address their technical needs
- Analyze IT requirements within the company
Experience
- Proficiency in TCP/IP networking protocols
- Experience with Meraki network devices
- Knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO)
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems
- Ability to work with LAN/WAN networks
- Experience using Remedy or similar ticketing systems
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
