Job Description:
Seeking a motivated Mobile Deployment Technician to support mobile device refreshes and replacements. Responsibilities include upgrading and configuring iPhones and iPads, troubleshooting issues, and educating users on device usage and backup procedures.
Skills Required:
- iPhone and iOS experience (2 years)
- Mobile Device Management experience (1 year preferred)
- Ability to lift/carry up to 10 pounds and stand/walk daily in a classroom setting
- Self-sufficient, capable of managing medium-complexity tasks, with potential to provide limited
