Are you a seasoned facilitator and certified coach? Do you thrive in a high-volume environment, working with multiple clients to drive leadership effectiveness? We’re looking for a Leadership and HR Development Facilitator and Coach to work directly with our clients HR professionals and leaders at all levels. If you’re passionate about delivering impactful sessions on a scale, we have the role for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate or co-facilitate online (and occasionally onsite) training offerings targeted mainly to leaders and HR audiences using a variety of creative techniques aligned with adult learning principles.
- Deliver coaching using the proficiencies and competencies outlined by the ICF at ACC level with external clients as part of McLean & Company's leadership development coaching offering.
- Engage in effective coaching conversations with leadership clients, demonstrating active listening skills and asking powerful questions to guide leaders in finding their own solutions to aid their professional development.
- Manage a high volume of sessions while ensuring flexibility in working hours to meet client expectations across different time zones.
- Support the implementation of coaching and training projects (lead scoping calls, prepare documentation, manage delivery schedule, coordinate with the client, coordinate with other coaches).
- Partner with our commercial teams to demonstrate “proof of concept” for our products and services to potential clients, assess client needs, and scope requirements.
- This role requires up to 30% travel and the ability to obtain a TN visa.
Please note : We are open to candidates located in Canada who are willing to work business hours in EST with flexibility to accommodate clients in different time zones.
