AEM Project Manager is
responsible for leading and managing projects that utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring timely and successful delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams
. They manage the entire AEM deployment, from setting timelines and addressing team needs to ensuring goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop project scope, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status to stakeholders, address concerns, and ensure alignment.
- Team Leadership: Guide and support the project team, fostering collaboration and motivation.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and address issues that arise.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects meet quality standards and deliver the expected results.
- Delivery and Success: Own the end-to-end delivery of AEM projects, ensuring they are successful.
- AEM Expertise: Possess a good understanding of AEM and its various functionalities.
