Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze wealth management data and generate insights to support decision-making for stakeholders and senior management.
Gap Analysis : Conduct gap analysis between current and proposed systems / processes and recommend solutions for bridging the gaps.
Solution Design : Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with wealth management systems.
Project Support : Assist in managing projects related to the implementation or enhancement of wealth management products and services.
Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
User Testing & Training : Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to business users.
Documentation : Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows.
