Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst – Equity Swaps Exp

Location: Boston, MA or New York City, NY – Hybrid Project

Note: *Note you will need to look at Financial - Product companies to find suitable profiles per JD.

Candidates must have :

o Equities Swaps / Synthetic Prime experience, preferably Front office

o Have worked with Derivatives platforms like Murex, Calypso, Summit or Fidessa

o Can conceptually explain a Derivatives trade flow end-to-end

Must Haves:

• Documentation (BRD, SRS, Test Cases) and Agile development methodology

• In-depth knowledge of Swap products – TRS. Portfolio Swaps, Basket Swaps and Synthetic Prime Business.

• Understanding of Regulatory Requirements (CFTC, SEC etc.)

• Experience with Equity Swaps platforms like Nuvo Prime preferred.

• Experience of Product implementation / Integration essential

• Detailed knowledge of Swaps Trading Lifecyle

• Thorough understanding of the roles in a Trade Lifecycle - Front Office, Middle Office, and Operations.

Good To have:

• Business and finance knowledge desirable
