Description :
The Clearing Analyst will support critical processes within a clearing division, managing exchange-cleared trades for clients and brokers.
This role involves balancing accounts, resolving trade inquiries, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
The analyst will focus on enhancing trade clearing processes, middle-office operations, and regulatory reporting while maintaining strong controls and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Reconcile exchange and broker positions, ensuring accurate account balances.
Investigate and resolve client and trade inquiries promptly.
Communicate with exchanges, brokers, and clients to address trade-related issues.
Utilize middle-office technology and reconciliation tools to manage operations effectively.
Perform daily reporting and control activities, identifying risk trends and escalating as needed.
Ensure timely clearing of trades within client accounts on trade date.
Adapt to regulatory and industry changes affecting middle-office operations.
Facilitate executing broker trade allocations and manage trade transfers.
Conduct trade verification and review related products.
Compile and respond to audit and regulatory inquiries with supporting evidence.
Collaborate with vendors and oversee vendor-related processes.
