Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with expertise in Content Management Systems (CMS), Product Catalog Management, and Project Management to join our team in Austin, TX. This role will focus on leading digital product initiatives, optimizing CMS and product catalog systems, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- CMS Management: Oversee the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the Content Management System to ensure seamless content delivery.
- Product Catalog Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the product catalog, ensuring accuracy, categorization, and optimization for better customer experience.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional teams, aligning business and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of digital solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance workflow efficiency in CMS and product catalog operations.
- Data & Analytics: Leverage data-driven insights to optimize content performance, product listings, and user engagement.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and new technologies to drive product innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, WordPress, or similar).
- Hands-on experience managing Product Catalogs for e-commerce, SaaS, or digital platforms.
- Strong background in Product Management with experience in Agile methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, developers, marketing, and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.
- Familiarity with PIM (Product Information Management) tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Prior experience in B2B or B2C digital commerce.
