About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with expertise across multiple technology areas, including Salesforce Experience Cloud, ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Data Models, and Databases. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable, high-performing solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable solutions integrating Salesforce Experience Cloud with various data platforms and visualization tools.
- Provide technical leadership on ThoughtSpot and Tableau implementations, ensuring best practices in data visualization and analytics.
- Develop and optimize data models to support analytical and operational use cases.
- Define database architectures and ensure data integrity, security, and performance across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve system architecture and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in architecting solutions involving Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Hands-on expertise with ThoughtSpot and Tableau for advanced analytics and reporting.
- Strong understanding of data models, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party data analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
