Title: UX Designer
Location :Sunnyvale, CA
Essential Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user interface requirements and design innovative user experiences.
- Develop and implement strategic vision for user interface designs, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
- Align design concepts with user needs and mission outcomes.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and other user-centered design activities
- Create and maintain design guidelines, templates, and style guides.
- Work with developers to ensure that design concepts are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design and/or enterprise application fields or relevant customer-facing job roles.
- 4 years of UI/UX experience associated with cloud-based projects.
- Proven experience in user research, usability testing, and design thinking.
- Strong visual design skills with a focus on clean, modern design.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Must have experience in Perl/Ruby Scripting Language
