Job Title : Windchill Technical Project Manager

Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Windchill Technical Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of PLM solutions for our client. This individual will have deep expertise in Windchill, with experience in digital transformation, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), and engineering / product management. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven leadership, strong communication skills, and a solid track record of delivering complex projects while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities :
Leadership & Project Management :
Manage and lead the full lifecycle of Windchill PLM implementations (including Part, BOM, CAD, Change Management, Quality Management, and more).
Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Provide strategic guidance on the integration of Windchill with other enterprise applications (ERP, CAD tools, etc.).
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, managing expectations, conflicts, and performance.
Technical Expertise :
Lead the technical implementation of Windchill, guiding teams in the use of CAD tools (Creo, Electrical E3), Part / BOM management, Change Management, and other PLM components.
Ensure the integration of Windchill with enterprise systems and cloud computing environments.
Advise on the application of Digital Thread and Digital Twin technologies and support the implementation of such technologies where applicable.
Stakeholder Management :
Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with business needs.
Drive and communicate the digital transformation agenda, ensuring that teams are aligned with long-term business strategies.
Change Management & Continuous Improvement :
Lead process improvements, ensuring operational efficiency and successful change management throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their growth within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Experience :
10 years in technology management, digital transformation, PLM, or related roles.
Proven experience with Windchill implementations, particularly in End-to-End PLM processes (Part, BOM, CAD, Change, Quality Management, Requirements Management).
Solid understanding of application and data integration and ability to deliver business analytics solutions.
Experience with cloud computing and / or cloud-based PLM solutions.
Technical Skills :
In-depth expertise in Windchill PLM suite.
Strong proficiency in CAD tools, specifically Creo and Electrical E3.
Experience in data integration, system consolidation, and working with digital twin technologies.
Soft Skills :
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and drive decisions across all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certifications : PMP, Six Sigma, Agile.
Hands-on experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and frameworks.
Knowledge and practical experience in Digital Thread concepts.
