Job Title: Data Scientist
Work Location: Sacramento, CA
Must Have:
- Masters Degree (Or Ph.D.) in Statistics, Data Science, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Microbiology or related field
- 5 years' experience developing and validating large scale data analysis tools.
- 5 years wrangling, analysing and visualizing biological growth data (seaborn, plotly, matplotlib)
- Competence in signal processing, timeseries and statistical analysis
- 5 years of Python experience
Nice to Have:
- Life science/ biopharma/medical device background
- R experience
- Familiarity with design controls (FDA 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485)
- Traditional ML/DL experience
- Git/GitHub
