Technician responsible for the deployment of NPI engineering projects involving IP (Silicon, HW, SW) and debug of server hardware infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering expertise to technical teams spanning multiple disciplines and geographies
- Engage with internal stakeholders in product planning, development, and validation activities
- Deploy and maintain NPI server products while partnering with other engineers and contractors
- Track and report status vs. objectives throughout the lifecycle of the program
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- High attention to detail and good follow through in a fast pace environment
- Experience in areas of data center system deployment, software deployment, and validation
- Familiarity with testing tools, methodologies, and defect tracking
- Ability to function independently with little direct supervision
- Physical Requirements – Candidate needs to be able to lift 50lbs and be flexible enough to get under a raised floor as needed
- 2 - 5 years experience in high tech industry
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Skilled in MS Office tool suites, Confluence, MS Sharepoint
