- has Danaher experience or is familiar with Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tools, practices and procedures.
- Is familiar with Visual Project Management (VPM) and related Tools and advanced Project Management processes.
- Has demonstrated success in applying creative thinking and approach to removing roadblocks to complete critical project actions.
- Is comfortable communicating clearly to all levels in the organization.
- Can lead, delegate and provide strategic vision to the project team.
- Can work tactically with all project team members to understand technical, logistics and commercial challenges to solve project issues.
