Job Title : Talent Acquisition Project Manager

Job Description :
This contract role is an opportunity to join the Talent Acquisition Operations team. You will be part of a team working towards delivering three significant projects within the TA team, with global scale and impact. Project manager will primarily work on technical projects involving Workday ATS and integration into Workday ATS. This individual will serve as the primary, reporting to Global TA Operations Senior Manager, all all three projects and working in partnership with HRIS team regularly. This role will be based out of Santa Clara office and required to be on-site.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Talent Acquisition or HR
- Minimum 5 years of knowledge and experience of Workday is a must.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Experience with system integrations, particularly with Workday, is highly desirable.
- 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, and project management
