Job Title : Laboratory Operations Analyst

Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Laboratory Operations Analyst to support laboratory operations in a GXP environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lab operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage laboratory instruments, including scheduling preventive maintenance, calibrations, IQ / OQ activities, new equipment onboarding, relocations, and documentation maintenance.
• Maintain chamber management activities such as cleanouts, defrosting, and reagent / equipment movement.
• Ensure lab safety, organization, and adherence to housekeeping standards.
• Conduct laboratory audits and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance.
• Schedule, communicate, and coordinate vendor activities, ensuring timely completion of service tasks.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, service providers, site quality teams, and analysts to ensure lab operations are executed efficiently and compliantly.
• Utilize electronic laboratory notebooks, Microsoft Office tools, SmartSheets, Power BI, or Tableau for documentation and reporting purposes.

Instrument management

Multi-tasking : Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, working independently with minimal guidance.
