Job Title: Workday Integration Specialist – Finance & Supply Chain
We are seeking a Workday Integration Specialist with strong expertise in Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex Workday integrations and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Workday integrations from scratch using Studio, Connectors, and EIBs.
- Build and optimize complex Workday reports, including BIRT, Composite, and Calculated Field-based reports.
- Lead requirements gathering, design discussions, testing, and deployment for Workday integrations and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Finance and SCM processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Contribute to solutioning beyond defined requirements, applying problem-solving skills to enhance Workday capabilities.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
- Must-have: Proven experience developing multiple Workday integrations and reports independently.
- Workday Pro Certification is preferred.
- Functional knowledge of Finance or Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a plus.
- Experience with Prism and Extend is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, gather requirements, and drive discussions.
