About the job : Sales Director - Salesforce (Bay Area)
Reports to : Head of Sales
We are seeking a Sales Director who has a focus on Salesforce Professional Services with a hunter mindset for the Bay Area.
What You’ll Be Doing
- New Business Development and Partner relationship
- Commercialization strategy and key messages.
- Assess segments, channels, value proposition, competitive differentiation and positioning to ensure the strongest competitive advantage.
- Good understanding of the local market : 5-7 years exposure
- Generate new leads and leverage marketing / sales automation tools for efficient lead to close cycles
- Build prospect relationships, understand their business drivers, clients, how they provide value, what we need to do to provide value, and how they can achieve desired outcomes using our service (product)
- Focus on both looking back (what went well, what could have been done better) and looking ahead (improvements, trends, business drivers, and how and where else we can provide more value)
- Know what is not possible - our stepping stone for success in client relationships
- Deeply understand our AI offering
- Experience in selling consulting services for Salesforce
- Industry Vertical experience in one or more of the following – BFSI, High Tech, Healthcare Life Science, Manufacturing.
- Strong affinity to follow processes : CRM, Sales methodologies.
- Consistent Performance in achieving his / her yearly target.
- Will be responsible for the given Territory / Accounts in the Upper Mid-Market space and create rapid top line growth to meet revenue and profitability targets.
