In this role, you will lead a high-performing area of territory account managers to deliver outsized results. You will be a key member of this newly created high-growth segment and play an integral role in our success in commercial sales. At Infoblox, you will be able to thrive in a unique work environment that emphasizes career growth, excellence, innovation, and collaboration. You are the ideal candidate if you are an energetic, dynamic, and proactive leader with a creative pipeline generation and sales qualification approach to the business.What you’ll do :   Oversee an organization of high performing Customer Development representatives   with responsibility for driving bookings performance and In Quarter Renewal Rate (IQRR)Lead your team to build and execute plans to renew and expand upon expiring Annual Contract Values (ACV) for all regions through value-based solution selling techniquesBuild a strong cross-functional operating cadence with teams around pipeline, forecasting, deal review, execution, deployment, and revenue realizationPartner with cross-functional teams like Field Sales on strategy and execution to reduce / eliminate customer churnProvide weekly reporting on bookings achievement, IQRR projected attainment, and projected lossesMeet with customers, partner and distributors, Field Sales management, and your team on regular basis to support business plansFacilitate alignment and effective communication within the Sales team and internal / external key partners / customers to promptly resolve any conflictWhat you’ll bring :  8 years of proven leadership results, with proven experience managing a team responsible for recurring revenueExperience motivating teams to execute upon a given sales strategyOperational rigor and ability to hold the team accountable for operational excellence in Clari and Salesforce hygiene, forecasting, and tracking to KPI’sA builder mentality and easily able to handle a fast-paced, hyper-growth culture while keeping a steady hand to drive the team’s successExperience in the security / SaaS industriesWhat success looks like :  After six months, you will…Round out your team, develop and retain top talent, and provide career development and performance management Execute value-based solution selling techniques After about a year, you will…Build an effective high-performing sales organizationDevelop people to meet both their career goals and the organization’s goalsConsistently achieve resultsContribute to the on-going innovation to achieve the goals of the Customer Development OrganizationWe’ve got you covered :  Our holistic benefits package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness—as well as a great work environment, employee programs, and company culture.
