We are looking for a hybrid HR Shared Services Analyst to join our HR Operations team located in either Santa Clara, CA or Tacoma, WA, reporting to the senior manager of HR Operations. In this role, you will provide HR support for the U.S. and EMEA regions, managing Tier 1 HR, benefits, and absence inquiries. You will play a key role in delivering efficient employee services through ticket management, process documentation, and support of knowledge center development. Additionally, the Shared Services Analyst will assist with HR projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.

You can expect our employment offers to take many factors into consideration, including but not limited to location of the role, internal equity, applicable past experience, individual skill set, education and professional certifications. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position based in California is $75,500 - $110,000 plus corporate bonus potential. The typical base salary range for this position based in Washington is $66,500 - $96,910 plus corporate bonus potential.
