We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Professional Services team located in the U.S., reporting to the head of the Project Management Office. In this role, you will manage Infoblox Professional Services projects and work closely with our customers to achieve project goals on time and on budget. What you'll do :
- Lead and manage multiple complex customer-facing software delivery projects from initiation through closure
- Establish close and productive relationships with customer stakeholders
- Take full ownership and accountability for project planning, budget, and change management to deliver profitable projects on time
- Manage project scopes, schedules, risks, and issues to ensure smooth delivery of projects
- Provide effective, accurate, and timely communications to all stakeholders with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, and act as the primary point of contact for customers
- Compose project status reports and share with customers and Professional Services management
- Provide regular updates using internal project management systems, use of project management tools, and manage project-related revenue
- Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery and proactively provide feedback on lessons learned and contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of all project delivery / management processes and tools

You can expect our employment offers to take many factors into consideration, including but not limited to the location of the role, internal equity, applicable past experience, individual skill set, education, and professional certifications. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position based in the province of British Columbia is $106,000 -$159,720 plus corporate bonus.
