We are looking for a Sales Operations Business Analyst to join our Sales Operations team located in Tacoma, WA reporting to the senior manager of Sales Operations Systems and Process. In this role, you will gather requirements, test, and resolve issues for system enhancements, mainly in Salesforce.com. You will also work with tools like Target Process, Highspot, Clari, and Traction Complete. This role involves collaborating with IT, Sales Finance, Sales Enablement, and other teams to ensure business requirements are met and documented for the enablement of users.

What you’ll do:
- Develop strong partnerships with IT, Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Finance, and other functional organizations
- Participate in UAT and post-deployment testing with the worldwide Revenue Operations extended team ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of features
- Administrate key technology platforms
- Proactively identify and analyze system and process inefficiencies and support projects to improve or automate processes
- Develop and maintain process documents for new or changing system functionality and processes in our web page/resource center, Highspot
What you’ll bring:
- Salesforce Admin CRM experience, Systems Admin Certification a plus
- 3 years of experience in a high tech industry/SaaS company, sales operations, or similar role preferred
- Organized and detail oriented
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude who is willing to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment as well as be part of a team
- Excellent written communication skills
- Solid problem-solving skills and business acumen of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Positive attitude and drive to see things through
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
What success looks like:
After six months, you will…
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Infoblox’s Sales Processes and the relationship of data across tools used by the Sales organization
- Be recognized as an expert in new systems and tools by adding value to the enhancement process
- Have developed relationships with key stakeholders of cross functional teams, with a clear understanding of their roles/impacts within the company
After about a year, you will…
- Demonstrate your ability to provide system and process improvements and recommendations based on your experience
- Continue your career growth and take on special projects
- Complete certification programs for tools used by the Sales teams

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position is $66,500 - $96,910 plus corporate bonus potential.
