What You'll Do:
- Patient Guide: Serve as a point of contact, guiding patients through their visit, conducting preliminary evaluations, and preparing them for consultations.
- Educator: Explain treatment plans and answer questions to empower patients about their eye health.
- Coordinator: Manage the doctor's schedule for seamless patient flow and handle referrals and records with precision and HIPAA compliance.
- Eyewear Consultant: Assist patients in selecting frames that enhance their vision and reflect their personal style, while recommending tailored lens options.
- Contact Lens Support: Provide guidance on contact lens use and manage our trial inventory to meet patient needs.
- Improvement Advocate: Share your ideas for process enhancements to elevate the patient's experience.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of optical experience required.
