- Develop and maintain complex Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for various stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL to extract, clean, and transform large datasets.
- Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective data visualizations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement data quality standards and processes.
- Automate routine reporting and analysis tasks through scripting or other means.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.
- Mentor and guide junior data analysts.
