UX Designer (Senior)
Location : Any Infogain Base Location (Noida, Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune)
As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the design strategy for complex digital products, driving the user experience vision and ensuring the design is aligned with both user needs and business objectives. You will conduct in-depth user research, create high-level design concepts, and oversee the entire design process, from ideation to execution. You will also collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to solve complex usability challenges, refine interaction flows, and ensure a seamless user experience across multiple platforms. You will advocate for best practices in design and usability, iterating and refining designs based on user feedback and testing.
What you’ll do
- Lead design strategy for complex digital products with a mobile-first approach.
- Ensure a seamless, cohesive user experience across the UX ecosystem.
- Conduct usability testing and gather insights in collaboration with UX Researchers, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Drive the entire design process, from ideation to execution.
- Develop high-level design concepts, user flows, and interaction patterns to enhance usability.
- Effectively present projects to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment, encouraging innovation and shared ownership.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders within an Agile framework.
- Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and usability standards.
- Solve complex usability challenges and continuously optimize interactions.
- Align design decisions with business objectives and technical constraints to ensure feasibility.
- Manage and evolve design frameworks, systems, and guidelines for consistency and scalability.
- Track and analyze UX metrics, using data-driven insights to refine and iterate on designs.
