Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and execution of comprehensive Field Service solutions for clients.
- Utilize your deep expertise in core functionalities such as work orders, scheduling, resource management, and mobile capabilities.
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to convert business needs into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain essential technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and integration specifications.
- Write code as necessary and conduct performance reviews to discover optimization opportunities.
- Perform internal security assessments to ensure adherence to client cybersecurity standards.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in Dynamics 365 Field Service and related technologies.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on best practices in Field Service implementation.
- Effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with a distributed team across our AMS and India operations.
- Engage in MTP and release activities to enhance project workflows.
