POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are actively looking for a part-time Office Manager to help foster a welcoming and collaborative environment while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations that keep the office running smoothly.
Administration & Communication – You possess the ability to make logical decisions quickly and can manage a few tasks concurrently. You need to be able to effectively relay messages through email, postal mail, and in-person. Having an intermediate level of M365 is needed for your success. You will be the main point of contact for those who engage with Revel Infogain in Seattle so your ability to charm employees, customers, and clients is a must. We value collaboration, team building, and have a passion for continuous improvement.
Customer Service – Our Office Manager is one of the pulse points of our operation and our Leadership team may call on you for help and support for small projects, setting up team meetings, executive travel schedule or office activities. You understand that at times you won’t know how to support a request, and you will need to do some research to fulfill the need. Your ability to work autonomously, own the challenge, and come up with a solution is helpful, especially coordinating team lunches or after work gatherings.
Operations – The Revel office has been fully renovated and at times needs some extra TLC because we’re in an old Seattle building. We expect you to be the eyes and ears of the office and can occasionally oversee a budget and negotiate estimates from vendors or suppliers who can for example: fix a broken window, touch up paint inside/outside, or cleaning services so that they add value to our property. We also appreciate your logic and time management skills to order and restock office supplies to ensure an organized, safe, and clean environment. Additionally, understanding office safety and emergency procedures will be essential for this role.
Miscellaneous – There will be opportunities to support other functions such as HR, Recruiting, or Client Workshops. We are looking for someone who is excited to take on these special projects and grow their skillset!
