Job Details
Position: Project Lead
Duties: Lead software design and development projects; requirements capture and analysis (for developing scalable solutions), resource and budget estimations and help drive project strategy and plan; develop and analyze application design (preparing functional specification documents and technical design documents with best suitable architectural decisions for complex business requirements); ensure that scope as well as approach is fully understood by all stakeholders; manage project risks, including design and deployment of contingency plans; participate in elaboration, estimation and planning meetings to provide best estimate and scope of the development effort; provide guidance and subject matter expertise on application design and development; ensure quality of deliverables, maintain traceability of processes, standards and product quality conformance; and proactively identify, communicate and resolve project issues, and generate customized reports.
Minimum Requirements:
Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Information Technology, Computer Applications/Applied Computer Science, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering plus five (5) years of experience as Systems Architect/Engineer, Software Developer/Engineer, Computer Systems Analyst or related position. Foreign educational equivalent accepted.
