Key Responsibilities : You will be responsible for overseeing the entire billing process, ensuring seamless integration between Zuora and Adyen, optimizing billing functionality, and managing delivery schedules to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications :
- Experience : Over 7 years in a Technical Program Manager role focused on billing and financial technologies.
- Expertise in Zuora : Demonstrated experience implementing and managing Zuora billing and subscription management, including methodologies for billing cycles, pricing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
- Adyen Experience : Practical experience with Adyen or comparable payment processing platforms, including Zuora integration, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, and payment gateway management.
- Program Management : A solid track record in managing intricate technical programs, showcasing skills in agile methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
- Technical Understanding : Deep technical knowledge with the capacity to analyze and discuss complex system architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flow.
